Return Eligibility:
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- The product must be in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and skincare products cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
